Do you feel minorities are given a fair chance in the workplace today?

Minorities Today

I can tell you that in today's society US minorities are not given a fair chance to flourish. I am African American and I can tell you that most of my friends had it way rougher than then Caucasian community. How is it still that suburban and upper class communities are still all Caucasian with rarely any blacks, something has to change.

We need to encourage our youth in today to rise up to be successful leaders as the other families would. This is not done by laziness, but by pure passion and drive. I went to a HBCU and I can tell you that almost all of my friends smoked or had something going on with them other than school. I have seen countless of individuals who I know could have flourished in big companies, it is the lack of opportunities and resources of money that drive this. Mentor-ship is key in this process development, it time for us to take that next step to furthering the outlook in America.

After The Park is Completed I want to have a strip of clubs and restaurants here

I want to open a strip like bourbon street in phoenix, that has many different restaurants and clubs. The restaurants will feature tastes of different countries like France, Italy, Germany, Japan, Ethiopia, Spain, it gives guests access to different varieties of food and culture within one strip.
